Bethany Brake - B.A., CPSM, MCIPS
Founder and Managing Director
Bethany is a Managing Director and the founder of York Procurement Group. She has over 20 years’ procurement and supply chain experience in corporate and consultative leadership roles. She has assisted a variety of organizations with procurement transformations, cost reduction efforts, strategic sourcing, organizational redesign, policy development, process redesign, project management and implementation as well as mentoring and training. She has a unique ability to identify creative solutions to ensure company success. Her focus is operational improvement and sustainable cost savings. She excels at relationship management and solution identification and implementation.
Bethany earned a B.A. from Michigan State University. She holds a CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) from the Institute for Supply Management and the highest global standard of excellence in procurement, an MCIPS designation from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply).
Tom is a Managing Director with York Procurement Group. He has led and transformed Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations at several Fortune 500 companies. Since 2012 Tom has worked as a consultant with a focus on transformation, sourcing optimization and cost reduction. In addition to his diverse corporate and consulting background, Tom has been an Adjunct Professor at both the Goizueta Graduate Business School at Emory University and the Undergraduate Business School at Kennesaw State University.
Tom holds undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Pulp & Paper Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
